The Pic du Midi is also accessible by the hiking trails. It is a sector of high mountain, thus inform you about the possible routes, the duration and the level of difficulty of your excursion, the weather forecast ... At the top, the Baillaud terrace is free access.
It is possible to pay the visit of the site with one specific tariff : 20 € / adult and 10 € / child under 12. This ticket makes it possible to take the cable car to join back La Mongie.
